Perencanaan Kontruksi Penghalus Pada Mesin Pengupas Kulit Kacang Tanah Kapasitas 5 Kg/Jam

Mesin ini diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengupasan dan sekaligus penghalusankulit kacang tanah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Tahapan pembuatan mesin penghalus pada mesin pengupas kulit kacang tanah terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan konsep produk bertujuan menghasilkan alternatif konsep produk, setelah konsep produk didapatkan maka langkah selanjutnya adalah merancang produk yang merupakan pengembangan konsep produk berupa gambar skets menjadi benda teknik. Spesifikasi mesin penghalus kulit kacang tanah yaitu berkapasitas 5 kg/jam. perancangan ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Menggunakan motor dengan daya 0,5 Hp dan menggunakan pulley berdiameter 140 mm, 70 mm. dengan hasil tersebut didapatkan hasil keluaran 3075 Rpm untuk penghalusa kulit kacang.
