Analisis Efisiensi Waktu Produksi Sari Kedelai Menggunakan Mesin Giling dengan Gravity Tank dan Penyaringan Otomatis

Proses produksi sari kedelai pada UMKM umumnya masih menggunakan blender rumah tangga dan penyaringan manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu produksi yang relatif lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efisiensi waktu proses produksi menggunakan mesin giling kedelai yang dilengkapi gravity tank sebagai pemasok air secara kontinu dan sistem penyaringan otomatis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dengan membandingkan sistem produksi konvensional dan sistem produksi terintegrasi pada kapasitas 1 kg kedelai dan 7 liter air. Pengukuran waktu dilakukan menggunakan metode stopwatch time study dengan tiga kali pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode konvensional memerlukan waktu 25,00 menit, sedangkan mesin terintegrasi memiliki rata-rata waktu proses 5,30 menit. Penerapan mesin menghasilkan penghematan waktu sebesar 19,70 menit dengan efisiensi waktu sebesar 78,80%. Integrasi proses penggilingan, suplai air kontinu, dan penyaringan otomatis mampu mengurangi aktivitas manual sehingga meningkatkan kontinuitas proses produksi.
