Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah antrean panjang dan pencatatan manual pada Warung Brader di Kediri melalui pengembangan sistem pemesanan berbasis QR Code. Integrasi metode Business Process Improvement (BPI) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki alur bisnis agar lebih efektif. Sistem yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan arsitektur XAMPP, PHP, MySQL, dan kerangka kerja Bootstrap untuk menciptakan antarmuka multi-pengguna. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu mengurangi waktu tunggu, menekan kesalahan pencatatan, dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.
