Aplikasi Metode HIRARC Untuk Pengendalian Risiko Bahaya K3 Pada Proses Sub Assembly Pabrikasi Bagian PPC Material Di PT. INKA (PERSERO) Pabrik Banyuwangi

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada proses sub assembly fabrikasi di Bagian Perencanaan Produksi dan Pengendalian Material (PPC) PT INKA (Persero) Pabrik Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan adalah HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) dengan pendekatan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi bahaya utama berasal dari aktivitas lifting material, pengelasan, grinding, dan pekerjaan pada ketinggian. Implementasi pengendalian melalui penggunaan APD, inspeksi peralatan, safety briefing, serta pengawasan rutin mampu menurunkan tingkat risiko dari kategori tinggi hingga ekstrem menjadi rendah hingga sedang. Penerapan K3 yang konsisten berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan keselamatan kerja dan produktivitas perusahaan.
