Implentasi Rule Base Untuk Rekomendasi Pendanaan Event Sekolah

Pengelolaan dana untuk kegiatan sekolah merupakan salah satu elemen krusial yang mendukung keberhasilan dalam aktivitas akademik maupun non-akademik. Proses pemilihan sumber pendanaan sering kali masih dilakukan secara manual berdasarkan penilaian subjektif pihak sekolah, sehingga dapat menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian antara kebutuhan kegiatan dan sumber dana yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan sistem rekomendasi dana untuk acara sekolah menggunakan metode berbasis aturan yang dapat diakses melalui web. Metode ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi dana berdasarkan serangkaian kriteria yang telah ditentukan, seperti tingkat kegiatan, jumlah peserta, durasi acara, dan hasil dana aktual. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan rekomendasi sumber pendanaan secara otomatis sesuai dengan pedoman yang telah ditentukan. Pengujian terhadap beberapa skenario kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa rekomendasi yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi kebutuhan kegiatan dan kebijakan pendanaan sekolah. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas, transparansi, dan konsistensi proses pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan pendanaan kegiatan sekolah
