Sistem Perizinan Keluar Kampus UNIDA Gontor Berbasis Computer Vision

Proses perizinan keluar kampus di Universitas Darussalam Gontor hingga saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan kartu fisik. Kondisi tersebut sering menimbulkan antrean panjang serta kurang efisien dalam pencatatan administrasi. Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan sistem perizinan keluar kampus berbasis website yang memanfaatkan teknologi Computer Vision untuk melakukan verifikasi identitas mahasiswa melalui pemindaian wajah [1], [2], [3]. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang dilakukan secara bertahap, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan model pengenalan wajah menggunakan TensorFlow dan OpenCV, hingga simulasi integrasi dengan sistem SIAKAD. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah prototipe sistem yang mampu melakukan validasi izin keluar dan masuk kampus secara real-time sesuai dengan ketentuan waktu perizinan harian (13.00–22.00) tanpa menggunakan kartu fisik. Sistem yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan ketertiban pencatatan aktivitas mahasiswa, mengurangi beban kerja staf kepesantrenan, serta mendukung pengelolaan keamanan kampus yang lebih efektif.
