Sistem Pengolahan Limbah Tahu Menjadi Biogas Dengan IoT

Pabrik tahu pak Budi menjadi ikon di desa Pandansari dan termasuk industri Tahu yang cukup besar di Kecamatan Purwoasri. Namun sayangnya pengolahan limbah cair dalam industri tahu pak Budi masih belum maksimal. Limbah hasil produksi selama ini masih di buang ke aliran irigasi persawahan di sekitar tempat industri, yang mana hal ini membuat masyarakat di sekitar tempat industri merasa tidak nyaman akan aroma dari limbah hasil produksi. Gas metana yang terkandung di dalam limbah cair juga cukup berbahaya dan pembuangan limbah secara langsung tanpa di proses terlebih dahulu dapat membahayakan masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal di sekitar area industri tahu milik pak Budi. Sistem Pengolahan Limbah Tahu Menjadi Biogas Menggunakan IoT Studi Kasus Pabrik Tahu Pak Budi yang dirancang menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32, sensor suhu, sensor pH dan sensor gas MQ4. Implementasi pengkodean menggunkan Micropython serta penyimpanan data monitoring dalam database Firebase diharapkan bisa membantu pemilik untuk mengolah dan menjalankan fungsi penyalaan pompa secara otomatis maupun manual hanya melalui aplikasi mobile berbasis android.
