Otomatisasi Pemisah Minyak dan Air Laut Menggunakan Separator pada Kapal Berbasis IoT

Perancangan alat pemisah minyak dan air laut berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) telah dilakukan untuk menanggulangi permasalahan tumpahan minyak pada ekosistem air. Sistem dirancang menggunakan separator sebagai metode pemisahan minyak dan air laut dengan memanfaatkan berat massa cairan minyak dan air laut, sistem yang dirancang memiliki kelebihan dapat mendeteksi keberadaan alat pemisah minyak dan air laut serta dapat mengukur minyak yang telah dipisahkan, kedua data tersebut nantinya akan dikirim menggunakan LoRa agar dapat dilihat di aplikasi kodular pada handphone. Hasil penelitian menunjukan minyak yang bisa dipisahkan sebesar 91%. Harapan sistem dirancang dapat memisahkan minyak yang terdapat pada ekosistem air tanpa mencemari kembali ekosistem air tersebut.
