Abstract

Science learning is a subject that studies related material in nature. Science learning cannot be implemented just through wishful thinking. Currently, many teachers do not use appropriate learning media so that the material is difficult for students to understand. This research aims to analyze the need for learning media. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The method used is Research and Development (RnD). Data collection was carried out through interviews with teachers and distributing questionnaires to students. This research was conducted at SDN Parang 2 Kediri Regency by conducting interviews with class IV teachers and distributing questionnaires to 24 class IV students. Based on the needs questionnaire, the Flipbook learning media based on Augmented Reality on Photosynthesis material is needed by students and teachers, and the learning media has been approved for development
