Abstract

Guidance and counseling management is any effort to optimize all components or resources (power, funds, infrastructure) and information systems (data collection). The aim of this research is to find out data and information regarding the process of implementing the guidance and counseling service program with limited time allocation at SMK 17 August 1945 Surabaya. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The respondents of this research were counselors or guidance and counseling teachers using data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The results of the research show that the implementation of BK management at SMK 17 August 1945 Surabaya was carried out quite well
