Abstract

The ability to collaborate is one of the life skills that must be possessed by all learners in solving life problems both in the world of education and other life, as well as numeracy skills to calculate, present data, analyze and draw conclusions from data that all learners need to have. The theoretical material of possibility in the Genetics course can be applied in agriculture, animal husbandry as well as to calculate human population data as well as the possibility of disease occurrence in humans and the diversity of characters in plants and humans. The purpose of this study was to determine the collaboration and numeracy skills of students in completing practicum and questions presented on probability theory material. To measure collaboration ability, a medium questionnaire method was used to measure numeracy skills with pre-test and post-test. The results of this study found that the collaboration ability of biology students class 2020/2021 Nusantara University PGRI Kediri for indicators of commitment, respect for others, deliberation and participation is quite high, while numeracy skills are quite high.
