Rancang Bangun Rangka Mesin Perajang Tembakau Dengan Kapasitas 1 Ton/jam

Data produksi tembakau Indonesia tahun 2016 menunjukkan bahwa meskipun produksi tinggi, ekspor belum optimal akibat besarnya permintaan dalam negeri. Namun, ekspor kembali meningkat pada 2018 dan 2019.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna dalam pengolahan tembakau, dengan tujuan merancang alat pemotong daun tembakau yang lebih efisien dan efektif. Hasil menunjukkan alat yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pemotongan hingga 40% dibandingkan metode manual, serta lebih ergonomis dan mudah digunakan, sehingga mendukung produktivitas petani dan pengolah tembakau
