Abstract

Saat ini, TikTok menjadi salah satu aplikasi yang paling digemari oleh kalangan remaja. Penggunaan aplikasi TikTok telah meningkat secara signifikan, sebagaimana terlihat dari pengamatan yang dilakukan penulis. Namun, penting untuk mempertimbangkan peran perangkat yang digunakan dalam interaksi pengguna dengan aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek-aspek pengalaman pengguna (UX) yang memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan dan perilaku pengguna TikTok di kalangan remaja. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner kuantitatif dengan metode survei kepada pengguna TikTok, yang membahas kemampuan desain dan fitur aplikasi. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai peran desain aplikasi dalam membentuk perilaku pengguna remaja.
