Abstract

Antarmuka pengguna (UI) yang optimal pada situs web cidahucampingground.com diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna (UX). Penelitian ini mengoptimalkan UI menggunakan metode Design Thinking (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test) guna memahami kebutuhan pengguna dan merancang solusi yang intuitif. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan langsung secara online, kemudian dianalisis untuk merancang prototipe berbasis Figma. Hasil awal setelah pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa navigasi, estetika, dan fungsionalitas situs kurang optimal. Temuan membuktikan bahwa Design Thinking efektif  untuk meningkatkan kualitas UI, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian diharapkan mampu menginspirasi untuk pengembangan UI/UX situs pariwisata yang berorientasi pada pengguna.
