Analisis Adopsi E-Commerce oleh UMKM di Indonesia: Pendekatan TOE untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing Digital

Transformasi digital telah menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Namun, tingkat adopsi e-commerce di kalangan UMKM masih rendah, meskipun potensi besar yang dapat diberikan oleh teknologi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi e-commerce oleh UMKM di Indonesia menggunakan kerangka kerja Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE). Melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor teknologi, organisasi, dan lingkungan yang mempengaruhi keputusan UMKM dalam mengadopsi e-commerce. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang kebijakan dan strategi untuk meningkatkan adopsi e-commerce di sektor UMKM Indonesia.
