Abstract

Kunjungan kerja merupakan aktivitas yang krusial dalam pelaksanaan tugas legislatif dan perlu dikelola secara terstruktur serta terdokumentasi dengan baik. Namun, saat ini proses pencatatan data kunjungan masih bersifat manual, sehingga rawan terjadi kesalahan input maupun kehilangan arsip. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu dalam proses pencatatan, penyimpanan, dan pelaporan data kunjungan kerja. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Waterfall, yang mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan. Dalam proses perancangannya, digunakan berbagai diagram seperti Use Case, Activity, Sequence, dan Class Diagram. Sistem diuji menggunakan lingkungan virtual melalui VirtualBox guna memastikan kinerja sistem berjalan secara optimal. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan kunjungan kerja, mengurangi risiko kehilangan data, serta menghadirkan antarmuka yang sederhana dan mudah digunakan oleh admin maupun staf.
