Abstract

Kerupuk singkong merupakan produk makanan kering yang telah lama dikenal oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Cemilan kerupuk singkong banyak dikonsumsi sebagai pelengkap ketika menyantap nasi atau dikonsumsi sebagai pendamping ketika minum kopi. Tanaman singkong dimanfaatkan menjadi berbagai macam cemilan salah satunya yaitu krupuk samier, pada UMKM Bangkok Kediri memproduksi krupuk samier tetapi masih menggunakan cara manual oleh sebab itu perlu inovasi berupa roller pencetak guna meningkatkan efisiensi dalam produksi. Adapun ukuran dari roller pencetak yaitu diameter 3inc, panjang roller pencetak 500ml, panjang roller pemipih 500ml, ukuran pencetak krupuk samier 45ml x 55ml dengan tebal 2ml serta mempunyai jarak per cetakan 7,5ml.
