Klasifikasi Sentimen Pengguna Aplikasi Livin By Mandiri Pada Playstore Menggunakan Algoritma Naive Bayes

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen pengguna aplikasi livin by mandi ri pada playstore menggunakan metode naive bayes calssifier. Sentimen pengguna, yang dikategorikan se bagai positif, negatif, dan netral, dianalisis untuk memahami persepsi dan pengalaman pengguna terhadap aplikasi livin by mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode naive bayes classifier. Dataset yang diguna kan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari atribut date, rating, review, thumbs_app dan version yang diambil dar i website Kaggle. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada set data latih, model mencapai akurasi sebesar 0.9363 den gan presisi sebesar 0.9327 dan recall sebesar 0.9685 . Di sisi lain, pada set data uji, model mencapai akur asi sebesar 0.9737dengan presisi sebesar 0.9595 dan recall sebesar 1.0000.
