Variasi Pembebanan Rangka Mesin Pengaduk Bumbu Tabur Menggunkan Simulasi Autodesk Inventor

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui beban variasi gaya pembebanan 200N, 300N, dan 400N terhadap kekuatan rangka mesin pengaduk bumbu tabur dirancang dengan material stainless steel 440C tipe hollow ukuran 33 2. Metode penelitian meliputi menentukan variasi pembebanan, pemodelan desain 3D menggunakan software inventor, penginputan beban variasi, run simulasi, dan analisa hasil simulasi, dan evaluasi hasil simulasi. Hasil simulasi pembebanan 200 N Von Mises Strees nilai maxsimal 2,527 Mpa dan minimum 0 MPa, Displecement memcapai nilai maksimal 0,003583 mm dan minimum 0 mm , Safety Factot memperoleh mendapat 15 ul. Hasil simulasi pembebanan 300 N nilai von mises strees maksimal 3,791 Mpa dan minimum 0 MPa , nilai displecement maksimal 0,005375 mm dan minimum 0 mm, Safety Factor 15ul. Hasil simulasi pembebanan 400 N nilai maksimal Von Mises Strees 5,054 Mpa dan minimum 0 MPa , Displecemen nilai maksimal 0,007166 mm dan minimum 0 mm, Safety Factor 15ul.
