Abstract

salah satu kegiatan yang dapat membentuk pribadi mahasiswa adalah berorganisasi.  Dengan berorganisasi dapat mengasah soft skill individu mahasiswa. Salah satu wadah yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengasah softskill adalah dengan dibentuknya BEM fakultas maupun BEM universitas. Salah satu organisasi yang berkembang di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Nusanatara PGRI Kediri adalah BEM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan kandidat yang sesuai untuk dijadikan ketua BEM dengan mengunaakan ,etode ELECTRE. Metode ELECTRE merupakan metode dengan mengeliminasi atribut yang bersifat kurang dominan dibandingkan atribut yang lain. Dengan menggunakan metode ini didapatkan kandidat  yang sesuai untuk dijadikan sebagai ketua BEM Fakultas Teknik Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri.
