PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KEMATANGAN IMPLEMENTASI ERP BERDASARKAN PERSPEKTIF PELANGGAN PADA PT. EMKL SBT

PT. EMKL SBT adalah perusahaan jasa di bidang ekspedisi pengiriman dan pengangkutan barang di Surabaya yang mulai beroperasi pada tahun 1995. Perusahaan telah menerapkan TI/SI (Teknologi Informasi/Sistem Informasi) untuk mendukung operasional bisnis dan sesuai kebutuhan, salah satunya adalah ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan (Maturity Level) implementasi ERP pada PT. EMKL SBT berdasarkan perspektif pelanggan sesuai balance scorecard menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1. Pengukuran tingkat kematangan melibatkan dua tujuan bisnis dan tujuh tujuan teknologi informasi yang mencakup 18 proses teknologi informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Maturity Level 1.38. Nilai Maturity Level tersebut dikategorikan pada level 1 (Initial/Ad-Hoc) yang berarti masih ada permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan terutama untuk dokumentasi dan proses belum terorganisir. Divisi IT dan Divisi Marketing pada PT. EMKL SBT sudah melakukan tugas dan wewenang masing-masing tetapi apa yang telah dilakukan belum terdokumentasi seluruhnya.
