Abstract

PT. Baitul Izza Zahara adalah sebuah instansi yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan umrah. Pentingnya topic ini untuk menjelaskan sistem administrasi umrah ini untuk membantu para agen travel atau tour bisa melaksanakan umrah dengan baik. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode yang berbasis object oriented yaitu analisa proses bisnis, analisa sistem, analisa masukan, analisa keluaran dan rancangan sistem.  Hasil penelitian ini sangatlah membantu agen travel atau tour dalam melaksanakan kegiatan umrah agar dibidang adminstrasi bisa dikerjakan secara baik sehingga mempunyai dampak banyak yang mengikuti kegiatan ini dengan agen tour ini. Pentingnya hasil adalah permasalahan yang dihadapi sekarang dapat teratasi dengan baik juga.
