Abstract

Perawatan adalah kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan. Tujuan perawatan yaknik untuk menjaga kualitas pada tingkat yang tepat untuk memenuhi produksi dan supaya kegiatan produksi tidak terganggu. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui perawatan yang sesuai dengan mesin perajang lontongan kerupuk dengan menggunakan perbandingan metode ISMO dan Preventive Maintenance. Pelaksaan perawatan ISMO dengan terbagi menjadi inspeksi, small repair, medium repair, dan overhoul didapatkan hasil selama 5 tahun periode dengan jumlah inspeksi 7 kali, small repair 4 kali, medium repair 2 kali dan overhoul 1 kali.. Perawatan mesin perajang lontongan kerupuk menggunakan metode ISMO dikarenakan siklus perawatan yang sudah runtut dan terjadwal.
