Analisa Head losses Aliran Laminar pada Instalasi Perpipaan Laboratorium FDM

Pada perancangan Alat Uji Head Losses menggunakan alat-alat yang menyebabkan losses, yaitu : Elbow, Pipa Lurus, Sudden Contraction. Pada alat uji head losses spesifikasi alatnya antara lain yaitu : Elbow 90º, Pipa Lurus 2m, Sudden Contraction, water pump, manometer U, stop kran (valve) Hasil pengujian alat ini dapat diperoleh bahwa debit fluida yang mengalir di dalam pipa baik pipa lurus maupun melewati elbow dan sudden contraction, maka semakin besar head losses atau kerugian tekanan yang terjadi. Selain itu pada alat uji Head Losses ini sudah mampu menunjukkan Head Losses dari pipa lurus, elbow dan sudden Contraction, dengan nilai Head Losses pada Pipa lurus adalah 0,0490 m, sedangkan nilai Head Losses Elbow adalah 0,3425 m, dan nilai Head Losses Sudden Contraction adalah 0,01369 m.
