Abstract

Website RS Kediri merupakan layanan yang disediakan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi tentang RS Baptis Kediri. Website ini termasuk website pelayanan publik, maka dari hal itu diperlukan desain yang mudah dipahami oleh pengguna atau user. Oleh karena itu diperlukan uji kegunaan  (usability) untuk menilai aspek usabilty berguna dengan baik dan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Pengujian yang dapat dilakukan adalah kegunaan (usability testing) dengan menggunakan Use Questionnare  dan menggunakan 4 aspek pengujian yaitu Usefulness, Easy of Use, Easy of Learning, dan Satisfction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi website RS Baptis Kediri. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam setiap aspek usability yaitu aspek usefulness diperoleh kelayakan 78,4 %, Easy of Use diperoleh kelayakan 74,6 %, Easy of Learning diperoleh kelayakan 76,8 %, dan Satisfaction diperoleh kelayakan 68,2 %, yang artinya website RS Baptis Kediri layak digunakan karena website ini mudah digunakan dan berguna bagi masyarakat yang ingin mengakses informasi RS Baptis Kediri.
