Abstract

Perawatan adalah suatu kegiatan untuk mencegah sejak dini kerusakan- kerusakan yang akan terjadi pada komponen mesin dan peralatan. Sehingga perlu adanya pemahaman yang baik mengenai perawatan yang dilakukan agar kualitas mesin bisa terjaga dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui perencaan perawatan untuk mesin pencetak bakso semi otomatis kapasitas 2 kg dengan menggunakan metode ISMO yang  dibagi menjadi 4 kategori yaitu inspection (inspeksi), small repair (perbaikan kecil), medium repair (perbaikan sedang), overhoul (bongkar total). Pelaksanaan kegiatan identifikasi perawatan Mesin Pencetak Bakso Semi Otomatis Kapasitas 2 KG dengan metode ISMO didapatkan hasil Inspection sejumlah 9 kali, Small repair sejumlah 6 kali, Medium repair sejumlah 2 kali, dan Overhoul sejumlah 1 kali. Dalam kegiatan penjadwalan pada Mesin Pencetak Bakso Semi Otomatis Kapasitas 2 KG terencana dalam 5 tahun yaitu mulai minggu kedua bulan April tahun ke 1 sampai periode minggu keempat bulan Maret tahun ke 6.
