Rancang Bangun Mesin Pengayak Padi Semi Otomatis Kapasitas 200 Kg/Jam Menggunakan Motor Listrik

Mesin pengayak padi semi otomatis adalah mesin yang di rangcang untuk mengayak padi dengan variasi ayakan 5 mm dan 6 mm dengan menggunakan sistem getaran dari motor listrik 2800 putaran.Pada rancang bangun mesin pengayak padi semi otomatis kapasitas 200 kg/jam. Dalam rancang bangun mesin pengayak padi semi otomatis terdapat langkah-langkah yaitu investigasi awal,studi literatur,perhitungan alat,perancangan alat, uji coba alat, dan kesimpulan.Hasil dari rancang bangun mesin pengayak padi adalah memerlukan waktu rata-rata 7menit untuk proses dalam 25 kg padi, maka mesin tersebut sesui dengan perencanaan perancangan.
