Abstract

Toko LTS merupakan toko alat tulis kantor yang melakukan transaksi penjualan produk alat tulis kantor dilakukan dengan pemesanan ke berbagai agen. Pemenuhan kebutuhan persediaan alat tulis kantor yang semakin bertambah, Toko LTS mendapatkan masalah untuk menentukan agen pada produk alat tulis tokonya, karena  banyaknya  dan bermacam-macam  keinginan produk  alat  tulis  yang  diinginkan  pelanggan.  Dan  untuk menjaga konsistensi, Toko LTS harus mempunyai agen yang bisa memenuhi ketersediaan produk alat tulis kantor yang efektif dan efisien. Maka dengan adanya masalah tersebut, pada penelitian ini akan dibangun sebuah sistem (aplikasi) yang dapat menghasilkan rekomendasi agen alat tulis kantor sesuai dengan kebutuhan alat tulis kantor toko LTS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite  (ELECTRE). Metode ELECTRE digunakan untuk mengeliminasi alternatif yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan metode ELECTRE adalah alternatif yang memiliki nilai akhir tertinggi. Penelitian ini  telah  diuji  dengan  membandingkan  hasil  output  metode  ELECTRE  dengan  analisa  manual  (Excel)  dan memperoleh hasil analisa yang sama. Dengan dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan agen alat tulis dengan metode Electre ini maka proses pemilihan agen alat tulis kantor akan diketahui dengan mudah agen yang menjadi rekomendasi.
