RANCANG BANGUN NOZZLE SPRAYER PADA MESIN ROTARY DRUM FILTER 3M

Nozzle sprayer adalah alat yang dirancang sebagai penyemprotan pada mesin rotary drum filter untuk proses pembilasan kotoran yang berada pada filter. Adappun langkah-langkah yang digunkan dalam proses perancangan nozzle sprayer yaitu observasi, studi literatur,perumusan masalah, desain, perakitan alat,pengujian alat dan pembuatan laporan. Hasil dari rancang bangun mesin rotary drum filter ini menggunakan booster pump 12V, jumlah nozzle sprayer 8 biji dengan bentuk semprotan pipih,dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapatkan lebar penyemprotan keseluruhan 680 mm.
