Abstract

Jasa servis mobil saat ini telah berkembang dengan pesat dalam sistem pengerjaannya. Setiap bengkel memiliki keistimewaan sendiri dalam kualitas pengerjaannya. Hal ini menuntut perusahaan untuk selalu memperhatikan keinginan konsumen serta memenuhi harapan dengan cara memberikan pelayanan yang lebih memuaskan daripada yang dilakukan pesaing. Salah satu jasa servis mobil tersebut adalah Raztech Quality Service. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, proses pelayanan yang diterapkan masih bersifat manual dalam pembukuan stok barang dan transaksi. “Sistem Informasi Jasa Servis Mobil DiBengkel Raztech Berbasis Web” dibuat untuk memudahkan dalam pelayanan transaksi pada bengkel tersebut. Untuk membangun sistem informasi ini digunakan PHP, Mysql, JavaScript, dan Bootstarp . Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi jasa servis mobil untuk memudahkan pengecekan stok dan mempermudah dalam pembukuan transaksi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efektifitas karena tidak dilakukan secara manual, fitur-fitur yang ada pada sistem informasi mudah digunakan dan pengolahan data transaksi berjalan dengan baik.
