Penerapan Metode Hierarchical Token Bucket pada Manajemen Bandwidth di Madrasah Aliyah Ar-Rosyaad

Perkembangan teknologi jaringan menjadi sangat penting bagi organisasi sekolah pada masa ini. Salah satunya di MA Ar-Rosyaad yang memiliki masalah pada bandwidth untuk guru, staff, dan siswa. Problem yang terjadi yaitu pada saat mengakses internet secara bersamaan, kapasitas bandwidth yang diterima tidak merata. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode (HTB) Hierarchical Token Bucket pada manajemen bandwidth queue tree, sehingga akses menuju ke port/IP terntentu dapat dibatasi tanpa mengganggu trafik bandwidth pengguna lain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode HTB efektif dalam mengatasi ketidakmerataan pembagian bandwidth. Sehingga setiap pengguna akan memperoleh kecepatan akses internet yang merata dan stabil.
