Abstract

Kantor desa merupakan instansi pemerintahan tingkat desa yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan masyarakat terkait administrasi kependudukan. Dalam pengelolaan data penduduk di instansi pemerintahan terutama di desa, hal yang masih sering terjadi adalah masih digunakanya sistem informasi yang terbilang sederhana, perkembangan penduduk yang dinamis dan penggunaan sistem sederhana membuat proses pendataan kian sulit seiring berjalannya waktu, serta dapat menghambat proses pembuatan laporan maupun pelayanan pada masyarakat. Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Catatan Data Kependudukan merupakan sistem informasi desa berbasis web yang dibangun dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi berupa aplikasi pengelolaan catatan data kependudukan untuk mempermudah aparat desa dalam proses pengelolaan data catatan kependudukan serta mempermudah masyarakat dalam proses pengajuan permohonan administrasi surat.
