Klasifikasi Jenis Kamboja (Plumeria) Berdasarkan Citra Bunga Menggunakan Arsitektur MobileNetV2

Tanaman kamboja (Plumeria) merupakan tanaman hias yang memiliki berbagai jenis dengan karakteristik visual yang hampir serupa, sehingga sering menyulitkan pecinta kamboja pemula dalam proses identifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi jenis bunga kamboja berdasarkan citra bunga menggunakan arsitektur MobileNetV2. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari lima jenis bunga kamboja, yaitu Plumeria alba, Plumeria obtusa, Plumeria acuminata, Plumeria rubra, dan Plumeria pudica. Proses penelitian meliputi preprocessing data, pelatihan model menggunakan transfer learning, dengan variasi epoch 20, 50, dan 100, serta fine tuning selama 15 epoch untuk meningkatkan performa model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model MobileNetV2 mampu mengklasifikasikan jenis bunga kamboja dengan cukup baik. Performa terbaik diperoleh pada skenario 100 epoch dengan akurasi data uji sebesar 80%, precision 87%, recall 80%, dan f1-score 80%. Berdasarkan confusion matrix, kesalahan klasifikasi paling banyak terjadi pada kelas Plumeria alba dan Plumeria obtusa karena memiliki kemiripan karakteristik visual, seperti bentuk kelopak dan warna bunga. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa MobileNetV2 mampu melakukan identifikasi bunga kamboja dengan baik.
