Analisis Pengaruh Jenis Material Terhadap Kekuatan Rangka Mesin CNC Router Cutting 3 Axis

Rangka mesin CNC Router Cutting 3 Axis merupakan komponen struktural utama yang menentukan kestabilan dan akurasi mesin selama proses pemesinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang rangka mesin CNC Router Cutting 3 Axis menggunakan SolidWorks serta menganalisis kekuatan rangka dengan variasi material Hollow ASTM A500 Grade C dan Angle Iron ASTM A36 melalui Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Beban yang diterapkan sebesar 60 kg (600 N). Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi Von Mises stress, displacement, dan safety factor. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan Hollow ASTM A500 Grade C menghasilkan tegangan maksimum 1,073 x 10^8 N/m^2, displacement 2,667 x 10^-4 mm, dan safety factor +-2,3. Sementara Angle Iron ASTM A36 menghasilkan tegangan maksimum 3,958 x 10^6 N/m^2 dengan displacement 4,492 x 10^-1 mm. Material Hollow ASTM A500 Grade C terbukti lebih optimal karena memiliki kekakuan lebih tinggi, deformasi lebih kecil, dan margin keamanan lebih baik sebagai rangka utama mesin CNC Router Cutting 3 Axis..
