Systematic Literature Review: Sintesis Nanopartikel Menggunakan Metode Planetary Ball Mill

Metode Planetary Ball Mill (PBM) merupakan salah satu teknik top down yang efektif dan populer untuk memproduksi nanopartikel melalui penggilingan mekanis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tren riset global dan menganalisis pengaruh parameter operasi khususnya kecepatan rotasi piringan (disk rotation speed) dan waktu penggilingan (grinding time) terhadap ukuran partikel yang dihasilkan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan metode peferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta analyses (PRISMA) berbasis database Google Scholar untuk artikel ilmiah terbit tahun 2021–2025. Hasil pencarian awal menunjukkan tren riset PBM yang terus meningkat pesat dari tahun ke tahun. Analisis lebih lanjut mendapati bahwa peningkatan kecepatan rotasi piringan secara signifikan memperbesar energi tumbukan (impact energy), sehingga mempercepat pengecilan partikel hingga skala nanometer. Di sisi lain, durasi penggilingan yang optimal tidak hanya menurunkan ukuran kristal tetapi juga meningkatkan homogenitas distribusi ukuran partikel.
