Analisis Ergonomi Pencahayaan dan Suhu Kerja pada Bagian Sewing Industri Garmen

Industri garmen memerlukan kondisi lingkungan kerja yang sesuai untuk mendukung ketelitian dan kenyamanan pekerja pada proses sewing. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat pencahayaan dan suhu kerja pada bagian sewing di CV. Inti Karya Sejahtera Kabupaten Madiun serta mengevaluasi kesesuaiannya dengan standar ergonomi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan objek penelitian sebanyak 60 stasiun kerja operator sewing. Data diperoleh melalui pengukuran langsung menggunakan lux meter dan thermo hygrometer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata pencahayaan sebesar 123,8 lux dan suhu kerja sebesar 37,5°C. Kedua parameter tersebut belum memenuhi standar ergonomi yang direkomendasikan untuk pekerjaan menjahit. Kondisi ini berpotensi menurunkan kenyamanan, kesehatan, dan produktivitas pekerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan sistem pencahayaan dan ventilasi guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan ergonomis.
