PENINGKATAN EFISIENSI KONTROL MOTOR BLDC DENGAN METODE SIX STEP BERBASIS KONTROL PID

Abstrak—Motor Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) merupakan jenis motor listrik yang banyak digunakan dalam berbagai aplikasi industri, otomasi, dan kendaraan listrik karena memiliki efisiensi tinggi, umur pakai yang panjang, serta kebutuhan perawatan yang rendah. Namun, performa motor BLDC dapat mengalami penurunan akibat ketidakstabilan kecepatan dan perubahan beban selama proses operasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan merancang sistem kontrol motor BLDC menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32, driver motor, sensor Hall Effect sebagai umpan balik kecepatan, serta algoritma PID sebagai pengendali utama. Parameter yang diamati meliputi kecepatan motor, error kecepatan, waktu respon, overshoot, dan efisiensi penggunaan daya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kontrol PID pada metode Six Step mampu meningkatkan kestabilan kecepatan motor dengan rata-rata error kurang dari 1%. Efisiensi sistem juga mengalami peningkatan dari 76,67% menjadi 85,00% atau meningkat sebesar 10,87%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa metode Six Step berbasis kontrol PID efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan performa motor BLDC.
