Desain Prototype Sistem Monitoring Detak Jantung Dan Saturasi Oksigen Berbasis IOT Menggunakan ESP32 Dan Telegram

Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring detak jantung dan kadar oksigen dalam darah (SpO₂) berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mendukung pemantauan kesehatan atlet. Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor untuk mendeteksi parameter vital, mikrokontroler sebagai pengolah data, serta media tampilan dan notifikasi digital agar hasil pengukuran dapat diakses secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat mampu bekerja dengan baik. Pada mode normal, detak jantung berada pada kisaran 70–85 BPM dengan kadar oksigen 95–100%, sedangkan pada mode latihan detak jantung meningkat menjadi 112–144 BPM dengan kadar oksigen tetap stabil di kisaran 95–97%, serta mengirimkan notifikasi otomatis ketika hasil pengukuran berada di luar batas normal. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat membantu atlet dan pelatih dalam memantau kondisi fisik selama latihan, meningkatkan efektivitas latihan, serta mengurangi risiko gangguan kesehatan akibat aktivitas berat.
