Abstract

Keberlanjutan penggunaan QRIS oleh merchant UMKM pasca-adopsi menjadi tantangan krusial di tengah pesatnya pertumbuhan 34,7 juta merchant terdaftar secara nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur pengaruh variabel Extended Expectation Confirmation Model (EECM) yang diperluas dengan konstruk Usability terhadap Continuance Intention merchant QRIS pada UMKM di Kota Kediri. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) diterapkan terhadap 130 responden merchant QRIS aktif yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil pengujian membuktikan delapan dari sepuluh hipotesis signifikan. Usability terbukti berpengaruh terhadap Satisfaction namun tidak terhadap Perceived Usefulness, mengindikasikan pergeseran peran antarmuka menjadi faktor afektif pada pengguna digital native. Temuan sentral penelitian ini adalah posisi Trust sebagai mediator penuh dan penentu tunggal Continuance Intention (β=0,835; R²=0,696). Model EECM dengan konstruk Usability valid diterapkan pada konteks merchant QRIS kota tier-2 Indonesia.
