Implementasi Metode Certainty Factor Diagnosa Gejala Pada Puyuh

Burung puyuh memerlukan penanganan penyakit yang cepat karena gejala awal sering mirip dan sulit dibedakan oleh peternak. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode certainty factor untuk mendiagnosis penyakit burung puyuh berdasarkan gejala yang dipilih pengguna. Basis pengetahuan dibangun dari 13 gejala dan 9 jenis penyakit dengan bobot keyakinan pakar. Program modeling menggunakan Python untuk membaca dataset, membentuk rule base, menghitung nilai gabungan certainty factor, menentukan diagnosis dengan skor tertinggi, serta mengevaluasi hasil menggunakan confusion matrix, accuracy, precision, recall, dan F1 score. Pengujian pada 27 skenario data uji menghasilkan akurasi 81,48 %, precision makro 75,56 %, recall makro 62,96 %, dan F1 score makro 66,54 %. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa certainty factor dapat digunakan sebagai dasar diagnosis awal penyakit puyuh secara terstruktur dan mudah diinterpretasikan.
