Analisis User Experience (UX) Landing Page BelajarCerdas Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi pendidikan melalui platform e-learning yang dapat diakses secara luas. BelajarCerdas merupakan platform e-learning gratis untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar kelas 1–6 di Indonesia yang menyediakan materi interaktif, latihan soal, sistem poin dan lencana, serta dashboard guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna (User Experience/UX) pada landing page BelajarCerdas menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Data dikumpulkan dari 52 responden melalui kuesioner skala 1–7 dan dianalisis menggunakan Python pada Google Colaboratory. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh 16 item instrumen valid (r hitung > 0,273) dengan tingkat reliabilitas sangat tinggi (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,9817). Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa landing page BelajarCerdas mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang positif, konsisten, dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.
