Rancang Bangun Mesin Disc Mill FFC Berbasis Motor DC untuk Penggilingan Beras Menir Skala Kecil

Pengolahan beras menir pada skala kecil masih menghadapi kendala keterbatasan alat yang efisien dan terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, membangun, dan menguji fungsional mesin Disc Mill FFC-15 berbasis motor DC untuk penggilingan beras menir skala kecil. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan identifikasi masalah, perancangan desain, fabrikasi, dan uji fungsional. Parameter yang diukur meliputi kapasitas produksi aktual, rendemen penggilingan, susut tercecer, dan waktu baku. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan kapasitas produksi rata-rata 4,59 kg/jam, rendemen rata-rata 86,17%, susut tercecer rata-rata 13,83%, dan waktu baku rata-rata 13,07 menit/kg. Mesin yang dirancang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan penggilingan beras menir pada skala UMKM dengan performa yang sebanding dengan penelitian terdahulu.
