Analisis Variasi Desain Dan Jenis Material Mata Bor Pada Mesin Cnc Router Cutting 3 Axis

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan pengaruh variasi desain geometri dan jenis material mata bor terhadap kualitas hasil pemotongan pada mesin CNC Router Cutting 3 Axis. Variasi yang diuji meliputi mata bor HSS dan cemented carbide dengan konfigurasi 2 flute dan 3 flute. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa eksperimental dengan pengujian langsung pada mesin CNC Router. Parameter evaluasi meluputi kehalusan permukaan, ketepatan dimensi, dan kondisi visual hasil pemotongan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menunjukan kombinasi desain dan material mata bor yang mampu menghasilkan kualitas pemotongan yang lebih baik, jmur pakai yang lebih tinggi, serta proses pemesinan yang lebih stabil.
