Rancang Bangun Oven Pengering Tipe Konveksi Menggunakan Bahan Bakar Gas LPG

Proses pengeringan kerupuk umumnya masih menggunakan sinar matahari sehingga sangat bergantung pada kondisi cuaca dan membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang oven pengering kerupuk tipe konveksi berbahan bakar gas LPG serta menganalisis kekuatan rangkanya menggunakan metode Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan rancang bangun. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Autodesk Inventor Professional 2020 dengan beban sebesar 71,5 kg. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan nilai tegangan Von Mises maksimum sebesar 36,28 MPa, displacement maksimum sebesar 0,08 mm, dan safety factor minimum sebesar 9,65. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rangka mampu menahan beban kerja dengan aman tanpa mengalami deformasi yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, rancangan oven pengering kerupuk yang dihasilkan layak digunakan dan dapat mendukung proses pengeringan yang lebih efektif serta tidak bergantung pada kondisi cuaca
