ANALISIS EFISIENSI TURBIN UAP SHINCO BERDAYA 4000 KW DI PABRIK GULA DJOMBANG BARU

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja dan efisiensi turbin uap Shinco berkapasitas 4000 kW pada sistem cogeneration di Pabrik Gula Djombang Baru. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis termodinamika berdasarkan siklus Rankine. Data yang digunakan berupa data operasional rata-rata periode September–November yang meliputi tekanan, temperatur, laju aliran massa uap, dan daya listrik aktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa turbin beroperasi dengan laju aliran massa uap rata-rata 18,0 kg/s dan menghasilkan daya turbin sebesar 7.907 kW serta daya listrik aktual sebesar 3.800 kW. Efisiensi isentropik rata-rata mencapai 80,0%, efisiensi termal sebesar 7,6%, dan heat rate sebesar 47.039 kJ/kWh. Nilai Energy Utilization Factor (EUF) sebesar 1,80 menunjukkan bahwa sistem cogeneration mampu memanfaatkan energi bahan bakar secara efektif melalui produksi energi listrik dan panas proses secara bersamaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja turbin masih berada dalam kondisi yang baik dan stabil selama periode pengamatan
