Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pemanfaatan website sebagai media promosi dan pemesanan produk secara online, termasuk pada website Nyemil Njabrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat usability dan pengalaman pengguna pada website Nyemil Njabrik menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Form kepada para responden. Aspek yang diukur meliputi Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, dan Novelty. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memberikan penilaian positif terhadap website. Website dinilai mudah dipahami, memiliki tampilan menarik, nyaman digunakan, serta membantu pengguna dalam proses pemesanan makanan dan snack secara online. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa website Nyemil Njabrik mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara optimal.
