ANALISIS QUALITY OF SERVICE (QoS) PROTOKOL MQTT PADA SISTEM SMART SOLAR PANEL BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER ESP32

Efisiensi panel surya sering kali menurun akibat penumpukan debu dan fluktuasi suhu. Riset ini merupakan kelanjutan dari program pengabdian masyarakat Greenhouse Kokonat Plant yang telah dipublikasikan di Jurnal Dimastara (Sinta 5). Guna meningkatkan responsivitas kendali otomatis, arsitektur komunikasi berbasis Firebase dialihkan menggunakan protokol MQTT. Kinerja jaringan nirkabel lokal diuji secara eksperimental menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 dengan mengalirkan 527 paket data telemetri. Berdasarkan standar TIPHON dan keandalan sistem terdistribusi, pengujian difokuskan pada enam parameter QoS murni. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata latency sebesar 90,6 ms (Sangat Bagus) dan jitter 5,4 ms (Bagus). Nilai packet loss mencapai 0,0%, yang menjamin parameter availability dan reliability mutlak sebesar 100%. Meskipun laju data throughput rata-rata berada pada kategori buruk (114,25 bps), karakteristik ini membuktikan bahwa arsitektur MQTT sangat hemat bandwidth dan tidak membebani trafik Wi-Fi lokal, sehingga sangat andal untuk otomatisasi pembersihan panel surya.
