Implementasi Rule Based pada Sistem Deteksi Gerakan Triceps Kickback

Triceps kickback merupakan latihan isolasi otot trisep yang membutuhkan teknik gerakan yang tepat agar latihan dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan aman. Kesalahan gerakan seperti underextension dan overextension dapat mengurangi kualitas latihan serta meningkatkan risiko cedera. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan metode rule-based pada sistem deteksi gerakan triceps kickback berbasis MediaPipe. Sistem memanfaatkan koordinat landmark tubuh pada bahu, siku, dan pergelangan tangan untuk menghitung sudut siku sebagai dasar klasifikasi gerakan. Gerakan dikategorikan menjadi benar, underextension, atau overextension berdasarkan batas sudut yang telah ditentukan. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 60 repetisi yang dilakukan oleh tiga subjek dengan variasi gerakan benar dan salah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengklasifikasikan gerakan dengan akurasi 96,67%, presisi 100%, recall 93,33%, dan F1-score 96,55%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan rule-based mampu digunakan secara efektif untuk mendeteksi kualitas gerakan triceps kickback secara waktu nyata tanpa memerlukan proses pelatihan model machine learning yang kompleks.
