Study Comparison MobileNetV2 dan MobileNetV3 untuk Klasifikasi Penyakit Daun Singkong Berbasis Citra

Penyakit pada daun singkong dapat menurunkan kualitas dan hasil panen sehingga diperlukan metode identifikasi yang cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja arsitektur MobileNetV2 dan MobileNetV3-Small dalam klasifikasi penyakit daun singkong berbasis citra. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 5.000 citra yang dikelompokkan ke dalam lima kelas, yaitu sehat, mosaik, layu bakteri, bercak hijau, dan gumpal cokelat. Tahapan penelitian meliputi preprocessing citra, pelatihan model menggunakan transfer learning, serta evaluasi menggunakan precision, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa MobileNetV3-Small memperoleh akurasi tertinggi sebesar 85,74%, sedangkan MobileNetV2 memperoleh akurasi sebesar 83,45%. Namun, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa MobileNetV2 memiliki performa yang lebih konsisten pada sebagian besar kelas berdasarkan nilai F1-score. Pada pengujian citra sampel, MobileNetV2 juga menghasilkan confidence sebesar 95,69%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan MobileNetV3-Small sebesar 78,22%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua model mampu mengklasifikasikan penyakit daun singkong dengan baik, namun MobileNetV2 memberikan performa yang lebih stabil pada data uji.
