Analisis Daya Input, Daya Output, dan Efisiensi Air Winch Pneumatik pada Operasi Swabbing Sumur Minyak Tua

Operasi swabbing merupakan salah satu metode intervensi sumur yang digunakan untuk mengangkat fluida dari sumur minyak tua guna mengurangi tekanan hidrostatik sehingga fluida reservoir dapat mengalir ke permukaan secara alami. Dalam pelaksanaannya, air winch pneumatik berperan sebagai alat utama untuk menaikkan dan menurunkan peralatan swab. Kinerja alat ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan sistem dalam mengonversi energi udara bertekanan menjadi energi mekanik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya input, daya output, dan efisiensi air winch pneumatik pada operasi swabbing sumur minyak tua di Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan data lapangan secara langsung. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tekanan udara, debit udara, beban kerja, waktu pengangkatan, dan jarak pengangkatan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian digunakan untuk menghitung daya input, daya output, serta efisiensi sistem pneumatik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan tekanan udara dari 5,0 bar menjadi 7,2 bar dan debit udara dari 2,1 m³/menit menjadi 3,0 m³/menit menyebabkan daya input meningkat dari 17.500 W menjadi 36.000 W, sedangkan daya output meningkat dari 2.289 W menjadi 4.316,40 W. Nilai efisiensi air winch pneumatik berada pada rentang 11,99%–13,12%, dengan efisiensi tertinggi diperoleh pada tekanan 6,0 bar dan debit udara 2,5 m³/menit. Meskipun daya output meningkat seiring bertambahnya daya input, efisiensi cenderung menurun pada tekanan yang lebih tinggi akibat adanya kehilangan energi yang disebabkan oleh kebocoran udara, gesekan mekanis, dan penurunan tekanan pada sistem distribusi udara. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi operasional udara bertekanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan efisiensi air winch pneumatik pada operasi swabbing sumur minyak tua.
